- I never received the registration confirmation email. How do I finish activating my account?
Please verify that the registration confirmation email was not delivered to your bulk/junk mail folder. If you are
still unable to locate the confirmation email, please submit your request to Austin Fit Magazine support
using the form at the bottom of this page, and we will manually activate your account for you.
- I successfully created and activated my Austin Fit Magazine account, but when I try to log in, I'm redirected back to the login prompt.
How do I access my account?
Verify that your Web browser is configured to accept cookies. If you are running a personally firewall,

- I have logged in successfully in the past, but I can't anymore. What could be wrong?
If you have configured your web browser to accept cookies and austinfitmagazine.planetme.com is not being blocked by your personal firewall software,
try the following troubleshooting steps in the ordered provided:
1. Close and reopen your web browser. Then, try logging in again. If you are still unable to login, proceed to Step 2.

- Internet Explorer 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab -> click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files"
- Internet Explorer 7.0, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab -> Browsing History, click "Delete" -> Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, click "Delete files..."
- Firefox 2.x or later, go to Tools -> Clear Private Data, make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are checked, and click on "Clear Private Data Now"
- Opera 9.x or later, go to Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced Tab -> History, locate the "Disk cache" option, and click "Empty now"
- Netscape 8.x, go to Tools -> Privacy -> Cache, click "Clear"
- Safari for Windows, go to Edit -> Empty Cache...
- Safari for Macintosh, go to Safari -> Empty Cache...
Now, close and reopen your browser, and try logging in again. Proceed to Step 3 if you are still unable to login.
3. Restart your computer, launch your web browser, and try logging in again.

- How do I update my account information?
To update your personal account information, log into your Austin Fit Magazine account, and click on the
"My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page. Click here if you are already logged in.
- I have forgotten my username and password? How do I access my Austin Fit Magazine account?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, click here.
- I requested a password reset, and received an email from Austin Fit Magazine with a link for resetting my password.
When I click on the link, I am sent to austinfitmagazine.planetme.com, but I'm unable to reset my password.

- Nothing happens when I launch the Instant Messaging Manager. What could be the problem?
Most likely, your Web browser is configured to block popup windows. In order for the Austin Fit Magazine Instant Messaging Manager
to operate, you must configure your browser to allow pop-ups from austinfitmagazine.planetme.com. Rest assured that we will not bombard you
with advertisements once you have enabled pop-ups for Austin Fit Magazine.
- I'm able to launch the Instant Messaging Manager, and I can accept inbound IM requests. However, nothing seems to happen
when other users accept my IM requests.
Like the Instant Messaging Manager, all IM sessions use popup windows. Ensure that your browser is configured to allow popup windows
